With our expansion, we’re not only adding new places to live—like 44 new apartment homes—we’re adding new ways to live it up. And they’ll all take place in an exciting new venue known as Centerstage.

Centerstage will be the new heart of our community. Among its many amenities will be a 130-seat theatre and community space, an art gallery, a creative arts studio, and a lovely sculpture garden. We’re also carving out a delicious new restaurant, private dining areas, a well-stocked wine cellar and a tea room. We’ll have a billiards room, a card room, and even more classroom space for our lifelong learning programs.

We’ll also have an innovative new program at Centerstage that will enhance and enrich the great programs we already offer. We call it go360. Here’s how it works:
